The Junior Atlassian Support Technician provides basic and mid-level Atlassian support to the Global Sinch employees with the focus on Jira amp; Confluence. Curiosity, end user experience and willingness to learn is important in this role. We think that you are passionate about Atlassian, have a problem solving approach and wants to develop your skills further. The role requires you to have the ability to work independently and take full ownership of your own work as well as be a good teammate.
