We are looking for a Network engineer that will ensure our team has the support and leadership required for clients to receive maximum value from Sinch’s products and services.

The essence of the role

The Junior Atlassian Support Technician provides basic and mid-level Atlassian support to the Global Sinch employees with the focus on Jira amp; Confluence. Curiosity, end user experience and willingness to learn is important in this role. We think that you are passionate about Atlassian, have a problem solving approach and wants to develop your skills further. The role requires you to have the ability to work independently and take full ownership of your own work as well as be a good teammate.

As our new Junior Atlassian Support you will:
  • Act as a first line Atlassian support technician for basic and mid-level complexity issues.
  • Act as an escalation point for high level complexity issues.
  • Document solutions and create guides in Confluence to improve and simplify work for the Atlassian team as well as end users.

Who are you?

To be successful in this role we see that you have:

  • 6 months 1 year experience in Jira amp; Confluence administration (Data Center or Cloud)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 Administration portal and MS Exchange.

  • Eager to learn and develop new skills within Atlassian products.
  • Communicative teammate to share knowledge with the rest of the team.
  • Personal drive and a good people’s person.
  • Proactive, responsible, and keeping commitments.
  • Ability to keep multiple tasks active at once with efficiency.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
Desired qualification:
  • Experience or ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good knowledge with customer support and helpdesk related work.
  • Basic knowledge of Azure and Microsoft Active Directory.
  • Basic knowledge of Assets (Former Insight) is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of Jira Automations is a plus.
  • Relevant education / university degree
