Requirements
What you’ll do
- You will act as a technical operations manager on assigned projects (Studio amp; Events)
- You will be assigned as Lead TOM on specific projects, managing planning and execution
- You will create new innovative solutions to push the quality bar of productions
- Offer support on building out CAPEX budgets
- Evaluate of current production workflows/equipment and suggesting improvements to increase quality and stability
- Future-proofing: UHD, 2110 SMPTE
- Remote Production / Remote Operation
- Attend specialized trade fair
- Develop scalability
- Global uniformity of broadcast gear and processes
- Automatization / Exchange of equipment / operators via HUB-to-HUB connectivity
- Technical realization / feasibility check
- Support product ideas (CSGO, Dota2, G8, Mobile, etc)
- Suggest implementation of technical innovations
What you'll need
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a broadcast production area
- A strong knowledge of technical issues related to TV production
- Demonstrated ability to communicate in English language, both spoken and written (required)
- Able to manage multiple projects effectively, with the ability to prioritize based on scope and deadlines
- An understanding of the competitive esports industry and its events
- Ability to work under time pressure and remain calm in challenging situations
