As a Brand Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for all sales and new business initiatives for EFG Sweden (DreamHack AB). Based in our Stockholm office, you will form a key part of the Swedish-focused sales operations reporting directly to the Head of Brand Partnerships for Sweden. Ranging from approaching new clients and brands across the endemic and non-endemic advertising landscape, as well as managing existing long-term key clients and helping develop and deliver on their long-term goals within the DreamHack gaming lifestyle festivals and esports, you will be a key revenue driver for the business and help drive EFG to new heights.

The role will entail an independent but focused approach to helping monetize existing key EFG properties such as the DreamHack Summer and Winter festivals, and local esports events, as well as devising new unique, and engaging branding initiatives and partnerships to engage the Nordic gaming and esports community and deliver on client KPIs. By working closely with EFG teams internally and globally, you will ensure seamless campaign delivery and the highest possible levels of campaign execution, seeing your creations come to life at a national level in both online and live or offline environments!


What you’ll do:

  • Provide input to and lead the implementation of account management strategy to expand and maintain EFG Sweden’s customer base, and deliver net growth, revenue, profitability, and service targets for key accounts in line with EFG’s business strategy.
  • Work closely with internal EFG product teams to ensure successful campaign management and execution and that the sales goals for the relevant strategic key accounts are met.
  • Approach new clients, understand their key objectives, and help activate them within the DreamHack festivals and esports.
  • Maintain existing key client relationships through regular communication and work to develop new initiatives within those accounts.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline
  • Take steps to ensure key account retention, business growth, and profitability
  • Plan and control proposal preparation, customer support, and customer consulting for your accounts.
  • Creation and delivery of detailed post-campaign reports
  • Independently identify market/growth potential, observe the competitors, and know their service spectrum, price structure, and price policy
  • Some domestic and international travel is expected 2-4 times per year.

Hypothetical breakdown of the role and responsibilities:

  • 60 % Sales amp; Pipeline management
  • 30 % Partner Management
  • 10 % Reporting and Administration
