About the job:

The purpose of the job is to provide high quality customer service for all our customers during weekends, nights and public holidays. The work will mainly be performed from your home.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Receive and dispose incoming requests through phone, email and Calabrio Success Center website
  • Create cases in Salesforce with data provided by Customer/Partner
  • Facilitate communication and engage internal teams to best serve Calabrio’s Customers/Partners as appropriate
  • Create, update, and maintain accurate information in Salesforce
  • Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, changing environment

Requirements

  • You have a customer and service-oriented mindset
  • You have excellent communication skills both verbally and in written, in English. Knowledge in Swedish is considered advantageous
  • You have the flexibility to adapt to different situations and to different cultures
  • You have excellent IT skills and good technical understanding
  • Experience using Salesforce is highly advantageous
