The inlumi Graduate Programme
The Graduate Programme at inlumi provides the structure for the first 2 years of your progression in your career at inlumi. The curriculum covers the fundamental topics a consultant needs to succeed in our industry, and the graduate framework equips you with the tools and guidance to accelerate your development and progression to the consultant grade.
In our curriculum for the graduate programme, we have 4 core pillars:
Consulting Fundamentals
The techniques and methodologies every consultant needs to analyse a problem, formulate a solution and clearly articulate this back to a client as a recommendation.
Delivering Projects
The core tools and capabilities every consultant needs when delivering projects, regardless of the subject matter expertise an individual may specialise in.
People Skills
The softer skills required to be a top consultant, whether that be around client interactions or interactions amongst peers; mastering these are critical to positive project environments.
How we do Business
The fundamentals to understand the broader context of the industry we work in; how consulting businesses function, the work we do and why we do it.

Our work is shaped by the projects we work on. No days are the same, your work will change depending on the project you are on and which stage the project is in. You will contribute to our projects from day one, owning your own tasks and workstreams.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who have:
- You have a Bachelor's/Masters's degree and are ready to start work by the end of August/September 2023
- Professional proficiency in English and preferably fluent in Swedish
- An interest in Management Accounting, Performance Management and/or Financial Accounting. E.g., Budgeting, Forecasting or Consolidation.
- An interest in supporting and improving finance processes with technology.
- Interest in consulting.
- Are familiar with working in Excel.
