A Senior Customer Success Manager at Jellyfish that includes the day-to-day support of Jellyfish's proprietary technology platforms (Albatross, MyPoseo, Reeport, Seelk Studio amp; VIVID). Support consists of front-line user support, platform configuration, consulting on platform usage and features, and collaborating with the Client Management teams to ensure strong client relations and identify growth opportunities. You will collaborate with senior team members on complex technology onboarding and implementation projects, constantly learning and sharpening your understanding of the Martech landscape.
Within the team, you establish your credibility by demonstrating outstanding technical expertise, advocating the benefits of the technology to our clients, providing solutions to complex technical issues, and becoming a subject matter expert in your field.
