To further strengthen our Finance amp; Risk Solutions team we are looking to recruit a Product Manager for the Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish amp; Danish markets. The Nordic Finance amp; Risk Team is responsible for our credit information offering including credit reports, monitoring, decisioning and AML solutions throughout the Nordics. We are currently transforming our product through modern technology, innovation, and a strong customer centric approach. We have a large group of clients in many different industries but a heavy emphasis on banking amp; finance clients. About the role
We are looking for a Associate Product Manager for Dun amp; Bradstreet's Finance amp; Risk products within credit reports and monitoring. You will act as the product expert within the Nordic product organization and work with stakeholders across different functions in the Nordic Damp;B organization: product teams, Go-To-Market, customer operations and sales.
One responsibility is collecting Nordic requirements by gaining a deeper understanding of user cases and customer needs. Other responsibilities include offering train-the-trainer sessions, product demos, assist in product launches, and provide support and guidance in internal processes with your product expertise. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mindset and is motivated by being part of setting up processes and solving challenges.Responsibilities:
  • Be the subject matter expert regarding product-related questions covering features and data content questions
  • Support customer migrations programs and product upgrade activities
  • Support International and Nordic Product Managers with testing and verification of new feature releases
  • Work closely with our Go-to-market and Sales teams to ensure success for launched products and features.
  • Collaborate with International Product Management and Nordic Product managers, projects, development teams and other stakeholders to gather requirements, coordinate dependencies, and identify risks and opportunities.
  • Other Product expertise related task, scheduling internal product trainings, support customer projects and key customer meetings
  • Work in setting up internal processes and routines related to your products of responsibility
Requirements:
  • Background in Product management or relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or technology related field
  • Strong collaboration and communications skills
  • You pay attention to the details without losing sight of the big picture
  • You enjoy tackling unique problems and challenges
  • Must be able to prioritize work on multiple project teams in a cross functional setting
  • Full working proficiency English language skills as well as at least one Nordic language is required
