The Opportunity
Youwe is looking for a Marketing Specialist to help us position ourselves as one of the best digital agencies in Sweden. We offer a dynamic and international full-time role at our office in Stockholm, but you will also work closely with the global team. Together with our customers we work on exciting digital projects, from e-commerce to data integration, and as part of the marketing team it’s up to you to translate our message throughout all channels. Our international growth ambitions are far from being fulfilled!
Your role as a Marketing Specialist at Youwe
It’s up to you to position Youwe as a strong agency in the Nordics and especially Sweden. Therefore, you are able to take the initiative and start up brand awareness initiatives, such as content, campaigns, and events, build strong relationships with and create showcases of our local customers. You will work with the global team to make sure all initiatives are done following our agile planning. In your day-to-day work, you will cooperate closely with Youwe’s brand officer, digital strategist and other content specialists.

Who you are
Entrepreneurial spirit is what describes your mindset best, and you enjoy being part of a fast-paced, dynamic environment. We are building Youwe’s international brand and footprint, and you are excited to become an important part of that! As an experienced marketeer you have strong knowledge of the Swedish market, and have preferably worked at a B2B agency before. You are creative and driven by a desire to make an impact. With your proactive approach to work you are not afraid to initiate a project, take the lead and see it through. What is more, you are excited to position a brand in a new market.
What you have
- 3 years of experience in preferably B2B marketing in the field of IT, e-commerce, or digital marketing,
- Excellent writing skills and experience in writing blogs, ads and diverse online content,
- Experience with setting up cross-channel marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness,
- Knowledge of the IT, e-commerce, or digital marketing market in Sweden and ability to perform market research,
- Strong commercial focus,
- Passion for events organizing,
- Actively building the local network with partners and suppliers.
