THE MISSION

As a part-time Finance Specialist in our office in Kiruna, the primary purpose of your role is to be the first point of contact for financial matters at our test rig office. As a central interface for all the financial topics, you will support the Finance team based at the HQ in Munich, Germany.

More specifically, you will:

• manage the day to day liquidity, issue company invoices, pay third party invoices
• reconcile bank account data with expenses made
• handle local bank relationship
• administer and control local credit cards and track payments
• enter vouchers into the finance software / support monthly closing with the external service provider
• assure compliance with service agreement
• file and track VAT with the external service provider
• manage any other financial topic, i.e. local insurance, software implementation, process mapping, work on financial projects etc.
• together with the Administration Manager, deal with service providers, suppliers and contractors

Requirements

Musts:

• Good understanding of financial topics, experience in this field is a plus
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Highly organized and proactive with high attention to detail
• Passionate about new space, curious and eager to learn
• Driven to deliver and constantly push the boundaries
• Take ownership and accountability for your own actions and mistakes
• Humble and willing to go out of your way to help others
• Can-do attitude and outstanding communication and software skills
• Fluency in Swedish and English

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE SELECTION PROCESS:
