What are we looking for?
Do you already have experience in organising online and offline events and meet-ups? Suppose you have also worked with online marketing and social media campaigns, and you are familiar with the tools like Google Ads and Analytics. In that case, this job ad is written primarily for you! We are looking for a Training Coordinator to help us in organising and marketing our courses and training.
As a Training Marketing Specialist, you'll be one of the key customer contacts in everything related to our courses and training in Sweden. The work includes digital advertising and social media campaigns, managing course schedules and sign-ups, and preparing offers, invoicing, and other course administration tasks.
You'll be keeping all the threads in your hands to make sure our training offering is easily accessible to the right audience. But you won't be in it alone! Your co-workers in Stockholm and Helsinki will be right there beside you. We are relentless about improving our way of working and hope you are self-driven in developing your work.
The role is part-time to start with, but we hope it turns into a full-time job in 1-2 years. This position could be ideal for a university student looking to graduate in a couple of years or a person returning from parental leave to work part-time.
