Your role

As a Linguistic Quality Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining translation quality and customer satisfaction. This involves swift follow-up of customer feedback cases, analyzing root causes, and defining corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) all in close collaboration with our Customer Success and Operations Solutions teams.

In the Linguistic Quality Manager role, you will also keep track of quality-related trends and proactively flag any points of improvement to the relevant teams as well as provide expert advice and support for internal and external stakeholders.

Your team

You will be part of an international team of 20 linguists from all around Europe and work closely with your five fellow LQMs located in Denmark, Switzerland, Belgium, Spain and Germany. In the Linguistic Services team, you will be surrounded by helpful and caring colleagues who love to share funny stories and linguistic slip-ups and who would be happy to welcome you as our new team member.

You will be working from either our office in Varberg or in Stockholm with colleagues from other departments, such as our Customer Success team.

  • Contributing to sustained customer satisfaction through prompt customer feedback processing, analysis of feedback, identification of root causes and corrective and preventive action as well as ensuring the required follow-up
  • Participating in task forces to provide input on quality-related matters
  • Interfacing with our Customer Success and Operations Solutions teams to ensure customer satisfaction and high translation quality
  • Planning and executing quality reviews for relevant accounts as needed, including identifying improvement points and devising action plans to improve customer satisfaction
  • Providing expert advice to internal stakeholders on the establishment of QA processes, e.g. for complex or major projects, or onboarding new customers
  • Providing linguistic analyses of source texts with the aim of optimizing the translation process
  • Assessing customer feedback on Swedish translations
  • Providing linguistic support for translations into Swedish for the Linguistic Services team as well as other internal and external stakeholders, e.g. validation tasks, fluency checks
  • Optimizing processes and systems to improve the quality of our services
  • Training colleagues from other teams in linguistic quality management processes

  • Native Swedish language skills
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language
  • Linguistic background and/or passion for languages
  • Good IT skills and willingness to work with new software applications
  • Experience working with standard operating procedures and processes

  • Professional experience in the translation industry
