We are looking for a Transfer Pricing Controller/Manager based at our HQ in Stockholm.
As Transfer Pricing Controller/Manager you will be part of the Sinch Group Tax team. The main purpose of the Group Tax team is to support our business globally. As Transfer Pricing Controller/Manager you will be responsible for supporting Sinch Transfer Pricing model by preparing the quarterly Transfer Pricing adjustments and communicate the adjustments to accountants responsible for group companies, develop and improve the current process of preparing the Transfer Pricing adjustments, preparing the Transfer Pricing documentation for all group companies and Country by Country report and ensuring all inter-company agreements accurately reflect Sinch Transfer Pricing model. You will also draft internal contracts for transfer pricing. As Sinch’s growth strategy includes both strategic and scale acquisitions, the role also implies implementing acquired new businesses into the Sinch Transfer Pricing model as well as support in tax due diligence.

The candidate we are looking for has a university degree in finance or law. You have three to five years of practical experience in Transfer Pricing from a multinational corporation, the tax administration and/or audit firm.

Group Tax is part of the global Finance organisation at Sinch and has the overall responsibility of direct and indirect taxes at Sinch. Group Tax is involved in tax strategy, tax risk management, transfer pricing, Mamp;A and tax due diligence, establishing and implementing tax processes and give tax advice to the business on a day-to-day basis.
