As part of the Global Marketing team, it is your mission to drive new business across the Nordics by building and running a metrics-driven, locally sensitive demand generation machine. You are a trusted collaborator for our sales and business development reps and knows exactly what marketing channels and tactics GoodHabitz should leverage to increase pipeline and revenue. You’ll have great material to work with: GoodHabitz ‘s strong brand, a smart and talented team spread across over 10 countries (and counting) 1,500+ customers to leverage, and collaborative peers across sales, service, product and the rest of the company.

This will be your team

The focus of the marketing team is on growth and making GoodHabitz a lovemark for customers, prospects and GoodHabitz employees. Apart from canvassing new customers, we create thrilling content and campaigns to surprise both customers and non-customers alike. We’re in the business of creating fans and ambassadors of our brand who will stick with us, and maybe even upgrade to other GoodHabitz services at a later stage.

Requirements

You are perfect for this job, because

  • You are comfortable in a fast-paced, high growth environment, with ambitious goals amp; targets
  • You have extensive (5 years) experience as a marketer in (one of) the Nordics markets and you’ll know how to scale and continuously tweak your demand generation engine
  • You are looking to roll up your sleeves, and have a tremendous impact on increasing our market share in the Nordics
  • You speak up when you disagree, help others do the same and then rally around the decisions we make together
  • You’re interested in and enjoy learning more about Lamp;D for businesses.
  • You’re results-driven and know how to contribute to business targets
  • You’re a real team player and you love working in a Global and a local team at the same time
  • Experience in B2B or a SaaS environment is a plus

This is what you’ll be doing

  • Lead the marketing team for our Nordics region, working closely with our Nordics Sales leadership on the strategy and execution of marketing programs to achieve our pipeline objectives
  • Be the Nordics market expert, meet customers and prospects, understand their needs, know what drives demand in our target buying groups, work hand-in-hand with Sales and Lead Development to meet plans
  • Design and execute local marketing programs including account based marketing, regional events and digital programmes to generate pipeline
  • Contribute to the production and syndication of Nordics content
  • Report on demand performance metrics for all marketing activities in the Nordics region
  • Work through a growth process to systematically bring traditional and creative ideas to grow KPIs
  • Manage the Nordics marketing budget and ensuring all regional programs are supported with consistent reporting and marketing metrics
