About the role:As Commercial Product Manager Gaming you will be the vertical solution expert for both existing and new solutions. You will also be the driver in bringing new solutions and improved products successfully to the market.You are responsible for detailing business cases, defining the product functionalities and features, all this is based on our vertical strategy. Furthermore you will own the dialogue with the delivery function, specifying initiatives into actionable roadmap items.Throughout the build phase you will work closely with the product owners and technical product managers, to secure time to market per plan. In Addition you are responsible for the Go to Market execution bringing the product into generally market availability.Some for your main tasks and responsibilities:
  • Communicate gaming vertical solutions specific opportunities to delivery functions to secure engagement and understanding of goals to be achieved within the delivery teams.
  • Be part of a team forming the vertical strategy and drive adoption of Trustly’s products and solutions by achieving business goals and driving innovation.
  • Effectively manage escalations and scope change and implementation of solutions with regards to quality, timeline, budget, risk and performance.
  • Provide training and support to the commercial teams and bring market and customer feedback into real and creative ideas.
  • Define and break down ideas into initiatives and executable roadmap items together with the delivery function and/or other internal stakeholders.
  • Communicate the tactical gaming roadmap within Trustly organization in general and in Transfer BA in particular.
Who we believe you are:
  • You have profound experience of running both larger and smaller initiatives from start to finish. In addition you have experience in supporting business cases considering both development and maintenance.
  • You have an overall good knowledge about the landscape of Gaming - preferably both B2B and B2C.
  • A strong follow through mindset and proven success working with agile methodologies. One of your passions is to work both operationally and in a cross functional team.
  • You have a good understanding of the legal landscape regarding Gaming and driving this together with the Legal department.
  • You are a motivated multi-tasker with an eye for detail to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
  • You know your limits amp; capacities. You will make sure that the quality and high throughput are aligned with our strategies.
  • As we are a global company operating on multiple markets, being fluent in English is a requirement. Swedish is a bonus.
  • You have a minimum of 3 years experience of working in the gaming area as a product manager or similar.
