The Finance team today consists of some 80 full-time employees across the Accounting, Payroll, Business Controlling, Cash Management, Banking Relations and Corporate Systems teams. The majority of the team is located in Stockholm with team members also in Finland, Malta and Spain.
About the role:
We are looking for someone to be our first line of support for our Corporate Systems. You love to help people and have an eye for details and processes. In this role you will have the opportunity to collaborate with all parts of Trustly, become a valuable team member and grow within the company.Main tasks and responsibilities:- Act as the first line of support for our internal customers and stakeholders
- Maintain user accesses, onboarding and offboarding
- Help maintain our backlog and sprint
- Document and automate recurring support requests
- Report on our service level agreement
Who you are:- You’re a fast learner and skilled in how to educate people in system-related matters
- Fluency in English is key
- You’re a service-minded, communicative, organized and ambitious individual who are used to working independently and proactively
- You collaborate well with others and thrive in a fast paced environment
What will make you shine a little extra:- You have experience working with Salesforce CRM
- You have experience working with Netsuite ERP
- You have experience working with JIRA
Main interface and collaboration:- Be the first point of contact for Corporate Systems’ internal customers which include all parts of the Trustly organization
- Be a member of the Corporate Systems Team which includes Application Specialists, Architects and Developers
- Corporate Systems owns the Finance systems, CRM systems and HR systems in Trustly
