We are looking for a talented Operation analyst to join Sympower's expanding team in Sweden. This is a full-time position intended to be placed in Stockholm, but with flexibility in the exact location. Join us in accelerating the energy transition!
As an Operation analyst, you are a vital part of the Sympower team and our business in Sweden. You will be responsible to manage the day-to-day operation which includes bidding, billing and follow-up on sales and deliveries. In this role, you will also work with and lead improvement initiatives, both internally and externally. Examples of such initiatives include automation of daily tasks and improved forecasting through analysis of energy consumption behaviours. You will also work with improving our daily processes and routines as well as act as an important stakeholder specifying requirements for our user interfaces. To execute some of the more technical tasks, you will collaborate with our data science team and/or software developers. The job requires an analytical and structured mindset. Based on the candidate's wishes, this role can easily be developed to involve more work related to market analysis for new opportunities and/or further operational responsibilities.
