In this hands-on Manager role you will have overall responsibility for Sentinel DevOps team, a part of Sinch Managed Services. You will be developing and nurturing high- performance team focused and responsible for delivering Sentinel solution amp; services, including but not limited to: Requirement analysis, Planning, Monitoring, Resource Management, budgeting, Reporting, Support, Delivery, Availability, Security, Proactive Operations amp; Maintenance. The Sentinel Solution is based on A2P traffic emulator and analyser running on Mobile Operator Networks. Server part is Java based and network probes are running on Android OS. DevOps Team of 5 consists of Developers and Operations Engineers including the manager handling development, operations amp; maintenance of the end to end solution.

As our new Tech Lead Manager -Sentinel your responsibility will:

• Coach and guide the direct reporting staff that may be located in different countries and be part of their career growth
• Responsible to make sure that the direct reporting has relevant training, tools, processes and systems to fulfill the company’s targets
• Responsible for personal development planning, personal development talk and 1-on-1’s
• Goal setting and tracking
• Salary reviews
• Recruitment of new team members when needed
• Engage the team to work according to Sinch processes, policies and to continuously follow the development of that.

The main areas you will be driving are the following:

• Secure cross functional DevOps activities within Sinch Operator Managed Services
• Implement CI/CD pipelines ranging from Product Management down to Infrastructure Services
• Continuous improvement and development of the tools, security and procedures
• Focus on service quality and customer satisfaction (internal as well as external)
• Ensuring strong cross-functional relationships/alignment with other Teams across Sinch
• Support sales with technical and process expertise for questions related to the A2P SMS Monetization area
• Strategic work spanning over 1-2 years, goal setting, budget amp; forecast, planning, define and deliver KPIs and reports which help provide transparency and affect positive change for operational areas.

This is management role is hands-on meaning contribution on either development or operations side is required.
