We will change the way the world innovates: We aim to introduce real, transparent and reliable AI applications to the patent search and analysis process, which will help our customers save a lot of time, resources and money. We are transforming and democratizing the complex and tedious process of finding information that is crucial for our customers, but most importantly we help innovative companies to quickly find and act upon opportunities, and drastically reduce risk.

Many innovative organizations, such as Spotify, ABB, Philips and Saint-Gobain, along with some Patent and Trademark Offices, have already seen the power of what we are doing and are among our customers. As a further testament to the potential in what we are doing we just closed our first round of funding, which has allowed us to develop an ambitious growth plan for the coming years. This is where you come into the picture! We are looking to hire a Marketing Manager that can help us refine and communicate our message to a wider audience, generate leads that contribute to our continued growth and in short own everything related to marketing.


In collaboration with the Sales and Customer Success teams. as well as senior leadership, you will create and implement a 360 marketing strategy for our company, and continuously adapt this strategy based on where we and our customers are in our journeys. In short, you will own marketing strategy.

This strategy, and subsequently your responsibilities, will include, for example:

o Lead generation initiatives, including direct campaigns as well as growth hacking via SEO and other methods

o ABM marketing initiatives to certain existing and new prospects

o Event coordination and management, of both our own and industry events, and both in person and virtual

o General demand generation, branding and awareness initiatives, allowing us to stake our claim as the frontrunner in AI powered patent searching

o Content strategy and content creation, in collaboration with your colleagues

o Management of social media, and other digital channels

o Thought leadership strategies and potentially partnerships

You will do some tactical and hands on copywriting and digital design, although a lot of this may also be done by internal or external partners (with whom you’ll collaborate closely)

You will define, implement and use relevant KPIs for measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of all marketing activities, and for resource allocation purposes

Requirements

Then, who are you?

We believe that you are someone with 3-5 years of experience from full ownership of marketing strategy and execution at a disruptive SaaS.

Your experience most likely comes from B2B marketing and you have been in, or want to be part of, a startup where you will be part of building things that don’t already exist.

You are analytical enough to understand and break complex information down into actionable intelligence, yet passionate enough to explain this deciphered information in an exciting way you get people to buy into your vision

You are used to working on many things simultaneously, but also to prioritize and focus on the most impactful efforts

You have a relevant university degree in Business/Marketing

You’re data driven you monitor, analyze and adapt and base decisions and activities on facts and analysis,

You are fluent in English and at least one more European language. If these additional languages happen to be French or German, you will have an edge!
