You’re detail-oriented and precise but can also see the big picture. You can lead yourself, plan your own work and be a reliable partner for different stakeholders. You will be a key player in building up the Business Intelligence department in Cloudmore.
In this role, You’ll
- Develop strong hypothesis and narratives through data analysis
- Identify product improvement opportunities based on your findings in user metrics and data.
- Work closely with the Product Management to identify KPI’s for the Cloudmore SaaS product.
- Work with engineering to implement tracking for new features and product improvements.
- Create a visual metrics views and dashboards using PowerBI, Superset, or a similar data visualization platform.
- Produce automated reports based on the data warehouse
- Plan your work and focus based on impact
- Execute and own projects from start to finish with minimal oversight
- 3+ years in a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Product Analyst, or a similar role
- Building robust reporting infrastructures through business intelligence platforms
- Independently querying complex datasets using SQL
- Fluency in Excel (functions, pivot tables, and aggregations are familiar to you)
- Working with a SaaS product or in software development
- Collaborating with company stakeholders and presenting your work
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English
