The RoleNeo4j is looking for a talented Technical Recruiter to join the People team in our Malmö office (remote until the office reopens). Under the direction of the Director, People amp; Business Operations, EMEA you will work cross functionally at all levels of the organisation to drive our recruiting efforts in EMEA. This is a 1 year maternity cover role with possibility to extend the contract to full time.What You'll Do:
  • Manage end-to-end recruiting from defining roles and strategising recruiting plans, to active sourcing and determining fit (skills amp; culture fit), to extending offers and closing candidates (use a blend of active sourcing and review of incoming applications).
  • Work to effectively map our core new markets to enable us to approach top level candidates
  • Use effective recruitment marketing strategies and promote recruitment within Neo4j
  • Ensure our candidates have positive interviewing experiences with us regardless of the outcomes.
  • Consult with hiring managers to understand business requirements and functions in the department to establish and / or enhance pipeline of candidates
What You'll Bring
  • 7+ years of experience of full-cycle recruiting at a tech company, preferably a startup or in the database space - Agency or In-house
  • Experience in recruiting, interviewing, screening, sourcing and developing a candidate pipeline in hard to fill positions
  • Experience hiring complex technical positions and ability to show good understanding of the basics of what the engineering teams are working on.
  • Experience in direct sourcing of hard to find technical skill sets
  • Experience with reporting tools in any ATS (we use Lever), LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Searchand other recruiting tools
  • Strong business acumen and proactiveness communication
  • Experience in Recruiting for fast paced teams
  • Strong Interpersonal and communication skills with customer facing skills and a tenacious appetite
  • Be a self-starter with a proven track record of personal accountability, excellent work ethic and integrity, and proven organizational skills with attention to detail.
