As a Senior Recruiter at Klarna, we drive the entire hiring process; sourcing, interviewing, and closing top service talent, while working on improve the way we hire. Our internal stakeholders are our clients and we are keen on providing them top talent.
Our team is currently based in Sweden and in Ohio, and now looking looking to hire our first Senior Recruiter in either Stockholm or in any of our below listed European office locations.
What will you be doing?You will be recruiting for vacancies within Service Delivery; from Operational Team Leads, Quality Leads to Support Specialists. Part of day will be to attend sourcing sessions, daily stand-ups and regular knowledge sharing sessions.
A strong focus is on candidate experience - we aim to provide a fantastic candidate experience for everyone.
