Who you areWe are looking for driven and passionate leaders for various managerial roles within our Operations Group and Org amp; Leadership Group. The scope of the teams includes e.g. Compliance Operations, Office Services, HR, Operations, and Fraud Operations. In order to be successful in this role you will greatly benefit from having an overall understanding and experience of general operational processes and ways of working. You understand what quality is and how to deliver that to your customer no matter who it is. You have a natural urge to deliver results within set deadlines with a positive mindset towards a fast-changing environment. You have a strategic view of an organization and are able to identify key performance drivers for yourself and your organization. You have gathered experience in operations management and possess the ability to drive performance within all levels of an organization. You are skilled at interacting with senior stakeholders and navigating in a global company.
In this exciting role you will have responsibilities such as:- Leading teams.
- Being responsible for staffing and the operational delivery of the group.
- Being responsible for defining group KPIs together with stakeholders and driving for agreed targets taking necessary actions on deviations.
- Owning processes and routines within the group’s scope.
- Drive improvements both on a process/routine level, as well as systems level, working closely with relevant internal stakeholders.

- Track record in building teams and driving change.
- Project management skills.
