We are looking for a passionate experienced QA Engineer to join our growing team. As a member of our mobile application team you will be working together with the rest of the development team in order to help guide software creators in building, testing, and delivering high quality software that delivers value to our customers. The position involves responsibility for designing and building automation from the ground up, including identifying opportunities, implementing solutions and architecture, building changes, and maintaining test automation frameworks for mobile apps.

Responsibilities
- Be part of a distributed team, who designs and implements features for our modern, native mobile apps, which are used by thousands of travelers every day
- Play an active part in an Agile team throughout the Lifecycle on the analysis, design, development amp; testing
- Work closely with the rest of QA engineers and testers of the development department
- Be mindful of the test pyramid; identify and use the right approach and tools
- In collaboration with other engineers continuously improve techniques, tools, and QA processes to enable a safe and efficient agile development environment and ensure the high quality of the final product
- As a true team player, continuously improve your team's processes, brainstorm ideas, and communicate your status and progress
- Lead and influence the direction of the automation testing effort
- Take ownership for developing test plans and cases for new features exercising your QA mindset and collaborating with developers, product owners and designers
- Review the work of your colleagues
Requirements
- Strong experience in developing and maintaining test automation of both Android and iOS physical devices for native and hybrid apps
- Experience with multiple test automation frameworks across different platforms (iOS, Android, Web Apps)
- Experience creating automation suites using Mobile test frameworks (i.e. Appium, Xcode, and Android Studio)
- Experience in developing and maintaining test automation of loosely coupled APIs (REST, GraphQL)
- xperience in Agile development environment
- Keen eye for detail and commitment to excellence
- Knowledge of testing in emulators and physical devices
- Experience of source code management process using Git
- Genuinely interest in technology and love to try new things
- Comfortable working as part of a multicultural and multi-located team
- Understanding of the value of CI/CD and ability to create robust deployment pipelines
- Fluency in English
The below will be considered an asset:
- Knowledge of the travel industry
- Experience working in Scrum
- xperience in scripting automation using Java, Selenium
