The role

As IT Support Manager your main objective is to lead and develop the IT Support department and the related products and services they provide. Today your team consists of technicians based in Sweden, Greece and India, which you have full personnel responsibility for. You will be driving the team's priorities in order to achieve the organization's goals and lead and develop the team. The role is also hands-on when necessary and you will will support technical issues and the implementation of new systems as well as case management.

This is a central role between our departments and IT, and you will enable have high-quality service as well as drive and participate improvements of our support process.

Requirements

As an IT Support manager at Etraveli Group it is important that you have the ability to engage and inspire your team, and that this is an area you are passionate about. To be successful in the role, we believe that you have some previous experience as a manager or team lead for a technical team within infrastructure or IT operations.

  • Experience of running and leading the work of a support team
  • You have good knowledge of service and support agreements as well as computer and system skills
  • Education with a focus on IT
  • Very good understanding of Windows and knowledge of databases and system development
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluent in English as well as Swedish, in speech and writing is required for the role.
