Hero Gaming is looking for a People Partner to join us on its exciting journey, to be based in our lovely office in Malmö, Sweden. In a continuous effort to strengthen our Culture, the People Partner would manage different aspects of our People Operations, with a particular focus on providing best-in-class talent acquisition strategies which would help us attract and retain top talent.
What you’d be doing
- Full-cycle talent acquisition journey, sourcing, interviewing and supporting candidates through the process, while creating unforgettable experiences with every interaction.
- Building successful position profiles, using best sourcing strategies and techniques; utilising market data/intelligence for the recruitment strategy to effectively support the business strategy.
- Using various assessment methods to make the most valid decisions, understanding appropriate criteria and competencies.
- Working closely with our People Team, you'll own the delivery and effectiveness of several core HR processes and responsibilities across employee life-cycle activities such as onboarding/offboarding, benefits, compliance / policy management and work permits
- Acting as a hands-on generalist for the company for all things people-related
- Proactively and thoughtfully address workplace and employee relations issues on an individual and systematic basis
- Monitoring and tracking people metrics to drive employee engagement and analyzing feedback and suggesting new HR strategies and initiatives for continuous improvement.
- Maintaining scalable programs, such as performance management/continuous feedback, employee engagement, and professional development
- Developing and maintaining trusted relationships across the business, by conducting frequent catch-ups with people, building, and developing trusted relationships and supporting people across the organization with any matters they might need support with.
Requirements
Who we’re looking for:
You are someone who communicates with empathy, compassion and assertion, you excel at cross-functional collaboration, you are self-driven, a doer, humble and fun!
You would also have:
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- A Bachelor degree in Business, HR or Psychology would be preferred
- A good understanding of the Swedish labour legislation
