Sinch is looking for an experienced Product Partnerships Operations Specialist to activate the product offering behind our partner programs for Application Service Providers and System Integrators, to enable high growth and outstanding partner experiences. Today Sinch’s CPaaS offering enables several of the world leading marketing cloud, service cloud platforms and more, generating billions of transactions every month and we are now looking to deepen our engagement with partners globally.

You will be key in driving partner initiatives across the product organization to build a foundational, scalable, and extensible product framework to deliver value through strategic partners.

As our new Product Operations Specialist you will:

• Activate the product offering at the foundation of the partner program bringing together operational and solution design expertise
• Formulate and evolve partner offering together with the commercial partnership teams
• Facilitate adoption of new features and functionality by the partner network
• Coordinate partner onboarding activities for a seamless end-to-end experience
• Join forces with commercial partnerships team and dedicated partner marketing roles in the go-to-market planning, messaging, and positioning of our partner offering
• Design and run strategic product activities for partners
• Work with our partners to gain a deep knowledge of their product portfolio, their end-customer and consumer needs, to best position and integrate Sinch’s offering in their ecosystem
• Participate in business development and specific sales opportunities (customer demos, dedicated training sessions, marketing events etc.).
• Operationalize partner integrations to enable seamless access and fast scale for partners using Sinch’s portfolio
• Lead product partnerships operations through structured communication and clearly defined, actionable KPIs

We believe you have a product management background, strong development exposure, knowledge and experience of development lifecycle and Agile practices. You have excellent communication skills, confidence in presenting solutions to senior-level audiences, as well as technical audiences.

• Have experience creating proof-of-concepts and solutions in customer-facing role
• Have experience leading cross functional initiatives, influencing to drive business results
• Are able to quickly learn new technologies and successfully implement them
• Deliver with enthusiasm in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Work well independently and take matters into your own hands
• Are proactive amp; results-driven

You’ll stand out from the crowd if you have:

• Experience working with partners in a product development role, integrating partner technologies into a product suite
• Have extensive experience with developer-first and API-first development.
• Partner, channel or alliances positions for an international CPaaS, SaaS or software B2B company
• Experience with solution delivery in the Communication Platforms as a Service (CPaaS) space
