In this role, you will be a champion of Sinch’s culture, vision, and values. We will be looking to you to lend your tactical and operational expertise to the team on all people-related matters. You will help build programs, processes, and policies and you need to have a solid foundation of success in doing just that. So, get ready to roll up your sleeves! Needless to say, you are a true people person with an intense passion for supporting great teams and helping them thrive. You go that extra mile to make sure that everyone on the team is happy and productive the team’s success is your success. This role combines practical and strategical work. The role will work close to our Finance Department as well as Operator Division. You will be based in Stockholm but we support employees and managers worldwide.

As our new Senior People amp; Culture Partner you will:

  • Aid us to integrate our acquisitions, especially in Finance
  • Help our leaders build a scalable organization that can double in size
  • Work with change management scale up and scale down as functions develop.
  • Take our employee experience to the next level, ensuring that every employee has a great journey with the company.
  • Drive and strengthen the company culture by being an inspiring champion and role model.
  • Own and drive the people agenda within your designated geographical and departmental area.
  • Co-Create various HR initiatives such as culture work, onboarding, leadership framework, employee engagement, Damp;I and performance management.
  • Closely collaborate with the internal Talent Acquisition amp; Employer Branding team to secure, develop and retain the right people.

Who are you?

In order to contribute to this role you have:

  • At least 8 years of successful, innovative, transformative and value driven HR experience
  • People amp; Culture experience from a global context
  • Experience in driving change and building culture with an agile ‘fail fast and fail forward’ attitude.
  • You’re a self-starter with high energy who independently drive your work forward and are able to create engagement.
  • You easily gain trust at all levels and have excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written, that really reaches out with impact on the receiving end.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced industry and champion positive change

  • Experience of a growing tech company.
  • Experience of supporting a large Finance organization spread out over many different countries.
  • Experience from Mamp;A Integration on the acquiring or the acquired side.
