GROW
Now it is time to apply for the next round of GROW. As a part of the continuously improving gender equality work at Knowit, GROW, Knowit's consultant development program for women, seeks to both preserve and develop crucial consulting skills for the future.
Why GROW?
The purpose of the program is to motivate women and create improved conditions for networking. The idea is to build a learning community where the participants are equipped with inspiring knowledge and tools to both drive their own and Knowit's development forward. During the program, a platform is created for sustainable development, better self-awareness, increased gender awareness and valuable consulting skills. Opportunity is given to develop into a future role model for other female consultants.
Content
Three blocks "who am I?", "where am I heading?" and "what do I need?" will form the basis of the program which runs for one year (3 + 2 + 2 days during the calendar year). Between these occasions, the participants apply their knowledge in their daily work and carry out various assignments, both individually and in groups. During the year, the participants will also work on a corporate project that will be presented to Knowit’s management, which is both highly educative and fun. The work during the program is estimated to take up to between 105-115 hours. The program is financed centrally, however, travel costs and the individual's consulting time may apply additionally for each company. Due to Covid-19, some or all of the modules may be performed digitally.
GROW Community
At the end of the program, GROW participants are given the opportunity to participate in the GROW community together with all alumni from each year of the program. This is a network which aims at continuous competence development and networking.
Application
The program targets women who are interested in a rewarding career as a specialist or leader and are at the beginning of their career at Knowit.
The application is made in consultation with the immediate manager. The application will be open between February 18 and March 8, and we accept applicants from Denmark, Norway and Sweden.
