To help us grow further, we need to strengthen the team with a FPamp;A Specialist - Mamp;A Integration.


The essence of the role

As a FPamp;A Specialist - Mamp;A Integration, you will be a key part of our finance team where you will be responsible for the reporting and analysis of integration costs and synergies and a be key player in our integration of acquired businesses. We believe that you have experience in combining traditional controlling with a modern analytical mindset in combination with being a skilled communicator. This is a business-oriented role, working both hands-on and strategic, with various stakeholders within the organization and it provides a great opportunity for you to influence, develop and grow both your own role as well as within Sinch.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for the monthly consolidation and reporting of synergies and integration costs
  • Develop and track various deal related KPIs for current and future acquisitions
  • Own the budget and forecast processes for integration workstreams
  • Report, analyze and visualize on monthly results vs targets, budgets and forecast
  • Drive a smooth cooperation within the monthly closing with Local Accounting
  • Monitor and improve performance to achieve operational excellence
  • Build ad hoc reports and analysis based on requests from the organization


The role reports to the FPamp;A Manager - Mamp;A Integration and will be based at Sinch HQ in Stockholm.


Who are you?

In order to be successful in this role you have excellent analytical and financial skills with a passion for numbers and have the ability to work both high and low to achieve the desired results. You are driven, ambitious and take own initiatives as well as being well-organized. You are used to working closely and communicating effectively with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. As Sinch is growing rapidly you are flexible and enjoy working in a climate of change where being pragmatic and solution orientated is key. Finally, to be truly successful at Sinch you are humble with great personal skills and a true team-player.

  • 3-5 years of work experience as a business controller, project controller or FPamp;A Specialist
  • Academic degree in Finance or Business Administration, Engineering or similar
  • You should love Excel and be fierce on Power points
  • Fluent in English in speech and writing

Big plus!

You’ll stand out from the crowd if you have:

  • Experience with accounting, Mamp;A and other finance areas
  • Experience from a tech industry or working in other fast-paced and changing environments
  • Experience from working in Tableau, Aaro or other Planning tools
