The essence of the role
To build on our success we are now looking for a Head of Finance Integrations, Processes amp; Projects that will be responsible for coordinating and driving finance integration of acquisitions towards our target finance model. This is a business-oriented role, working both hands-on and strategic, with various stakeholders within the organization. The role reports to Head of Finance Operations and will be based at Sinch HQ in Stockholm.
As our new Head of Finance Projects amp; Integrations you will:
- Be responsible for coordinating and driving finance integration of acquisitions towards target finance model.
- Be responsible for creating standardized processes for finance integration of acquisitions in collaboration with VP Integration.
- Be responsible for cross-functional coordination to solve problems related to Finance integrations.
- Work in collaboration with Head of Finance Operations to identify opportunities for improvement and drive Finance change agenda.
- Communicate with senior level stakeholders on a need-basis and effectively present solutions.
- Conduct planning and execution of assigned finance projects through all phases of the project lifecycle (part of the role to the extent time allows given the pace of acquisitions / integrations).
- Be accountable / responsible for identifying competency needs and planning competency development.

The role requires you to have the ability to work independently and take full ownership of your own work as well as be a team player.
- 10+ years’ experience within Finance function including 5+ years’ experience within acquisition/integration and project management
- Experience of Program, project, and process management.
- Experience from working in a global organisation.
- Academic degree in Finance or Business Administration, Engineering or similar.
- Fluent in English and Swedish in speech and writing.
