We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking a QA/QC Lead to join our team.
This role will be site-based in Eskilstuna, Sweden.
Below is a list of typical duties but is not exclusive of all duties that are required to be carried out onsite.
Responsibilities
· Planning and conducting quality audits and inspection to verify the implementation of quality control
· Ensure quality management system objectives are achieved for all disciplines, CSA, Mechanical and Electrical.
· Ensuring that the company’s quality policies are understood, implemented, and maintained on-site
· Generate project specific quality plans as per requirements
· Ensure that all subcontractors’ quality systems and plans are effective, acceptable and in accordance with our company
policies
· Liaise with the client’s quality assurance and control representative to ensure all potential quality issues are fully resolved
· Ensure necessary guidance and input are provided to on-site staff for improvement to attain project feasibility
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or relevant area
- Experience in scheduling, programming, and sequencing
- Experience in effectively leading project teams is essential
- Experience in the delivery in Data Center projects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
