Job Description

Winthrop specialises in providing turnkey data centre solutions, providing services from design, through to construction across the full range of civil, structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical services as well as commissioning.

We are currently constructing multiple turnkey data centre projects in 7 different European countries, equating to over 430 MW of IT load in flight.

We are pleased to announce we are currently seeking a CSA Manager to join our expanding team in Eskilstuna, Sweden.

The CSA Manager will work with the entire project team of Civil, Structural, Architectural, Engineers, administrative staff, and Sub Contractors as they carry out CSA installation and ensure the project programme is maintained on schedule.

The CSA Manager must be effective at motivating their team, as well as giving a frank but constructive assessment of the works completed.

Requirements

  • Manage, track and develop plans for project costs, budgets, project labour, commissioning procedures and project performance.
  • Manage CSA activities, making sure that best practice meeting and reporting documentation and schedules are implemented from the outset.
  • Regular engagement with Key project stakeholders such as Client and Design Teams to ensure Project performance.
  • Overseeing ongoing client satisfaction with the project, especially in terms of cost, scope, and timescales
  • Proactively monitoring the project's health amp; safety processes as well as the team's culture and behaviours
  • Monitor and ensure the Quality targets are achieved and exceeded on the project

Skills amp; Qualifications

  • A degree in a relevant construction or engineering subject.
  • Previous experience in a similar role (approx. 10 - 15 years in total), delivering CSA elements of a project within a contracting environment is essential.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, people and time management skills
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Word amp; Excel is required
  • The ability to build robust relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers
  • A flair for multitasking, looking at the bigger picture, and providing excellent attention to detail
  • A proactive, diligent, and forward-thinking approach
  • Appropriate leadership skills - you should be able to delegate, prioritise workloads, run productive meetings and be a role model for others
