Your Role and Responsibilities:

As a Junior Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and closing new business opportunities with enterprise clients in Sweden and Denmark.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Research accounts, identify key players and source for new sales opportunities to build target lists
  • Ensure sales process compliancy, adherence to sales guidelines, up-to-date and accurate records in eCRM (data quality) Salesforce experience a big plus
  • Proactively call prospects from targeted lists, follow leads generated from marketing tactics and determine the prime opportunities for sales representatives
  • Developing sales skills, market knowledge, and best practices to achieve targets
  • Generating leads through outbound prospecting and responding to inbound leads
  • Positioning Acolad solutions and services to meet client needs
  • Implementing sales and pipeline-building market strategies


  • Proven experience in sales development and lead generation
  • Aptitude for grasping new systems and tools
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent Swedish speaker with proficiency in English; knowledge of Danish is a strong plus
  • Experience in the language industry is highly desirable but not a necessity
  • Ability to build effective relationships and deliver compelling presentations
  • Understanding of competitors, unique selling points, and commercial awareness
  • Bachelor's degree in business management, Economics, Financial or Marketing
  • Must be able to travel for business locally and abroad
  • Able to work independently but also within a team
  • Ability to work with Microsoft Office applications
