Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Salesforce Consultant motivated by working on software that has a measurable impact on business while being an integral part of developing our business within the Salesforce domain in Sweden. You get to work closely with our business development and directly with our clients in highly autonomous teams where software, design, and marketing come together.

Job description

As a consultant at Columbia Road, you will work in the core of our client’s businesses, advising, designing, and implementing the tech needed to drive the company forward. This is an excellent opportunity for you if you want to become an expert in digital sales and expand your technical skills and know-how within and beyond if you like the Salesforce ecosystem. We are looking for someone interested in coming on board early and being an active part of scaling our Salesforce competence, offering, and team in Sweden.

Your job is to create a business impact by helping our clients utilize the capabilities of the Salesforce ecosystem to the fullest. You automate business processes and develop and enhance existing solutions at the forefront of our clients' businesses. You strive to be a full-stack Technical Salesforce Consultant, even though your current skills might lean more towards a specific Salesforce Cloud. You know the core Salesforce setup and configuration capabilities well enough to evaluate when custom development is needed.

Beyond client projects, we appreciate your active input in developing our offering and support in new sales cases, recruitment, and customer events, as well as developing our overall knowledge of Salesforce, including best practices, ways of working, and learning. You will be vital in growing our market share and driving our growth as a unique Salesforce partner in the Nordics.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of Salesforce’s setup and configuration capabilities and having hands-on experience in one or more of Salesforce clouds such as Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud
  • Not afraid to jump into architectural planning or have an interest in learning architectural planning
  • Experience in APEX and SOQL (nice to have). Know-how in Lightning web components, in addition, is considered a great asset.
  • Great communication and problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset
  • Familiarity with modern web-programming languages is considered a plus (such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX or similar other technologies)
  • Experience in consulting, digital commerce, or sales and marketing processes is valued but not required
  • Some Salesforce certifications such as (Administrator, App Builder, Platform Developer 1, or similar) are a plus
