Job Description

As Senior Cyber Security Manager, you will own, develop, implement, and oversee all Cyber Security and Information Security policies, procedures, and practices of the organisation. Enterprise Security Management will be one of your main responsibilities ensuring the execution of controlling configuration, deployment, and monitoring of security policy and compliance across multiple internal and external customer platforms and security products. Cyber and Enterprise Security Management has become an imperative function within HAUD thanks to our continuous increasing footprint and therefore risk factor growth, in both internal and external client solutions.

Given the global spread of our organisation and customers we are looking for someone with excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills who can define, promote, and implement security practices across the board.


Responsibilities:


  • Primarily responsible in defining, setting, delivering, and auditing all Cyber Security and Information Security policies and operating procedures.
  • Drive cross-functional teams to implement Cyber Security best practice
  • Manage and mitigate/resolve internal and external customer facing security incidents and cyber data breaches including incident management.
  • Own the IP networking perimeter penetration testing for internal and external customer systems.
  • Performing security assessments and code audits and be responsible for application vulnerability scanning both for internal and customer installed solutions.
  • Implement and enforce all required digital information and security frameworks, including monitoring and comprehensive reporting including assessment-based findings, outcomes, and propositions for further system security enhancement
  • Develop, execute, and track the performance of security measures to protect information and network infrastructure and information technology systems.
  • Plan, develop, implement, and update company’s information and enterprise security strategy.
  • Develop technical solutions and introduce security tools to help mitigate security vulnerabilities and automate repeatable tasks
  • Regularly ensure and audit all B2B and C2B setups and access patterns for our own corporate and enterprise customers connectivity.
  • Contribute during product, internal and external enterprise solution design and architecture, and the tooling to help achieve cyber security goals: security by design.
  • Oversee system components security patches management (internal, off-the-shelve, and external modules)
  • Perform regular reviews, threat modelling and cyber security risk assessments across all platforms and components.
  • Understand the current company’s business processes and procedures and propose improvements to assure compliance with the cyber and information security policies.
  • Own the company cyber security risk management process, cyber security risk register and identifying security measures to improve incident response.
  • Support in simplifying, prioritizing, and managing the needed security changes and mitigations required within sensible timelines, costs, and business impact.
  • Responding to security incidents and coordinating incident response across teams. Ensure that key stakeholders are immediately informed about security incidents
  • With the support of our people team, drive the company wide training and education about cyber security and best practices

Requirements

  • Proven work experience of at least 5 years in a Cyber Security function with a minimum of three years as a Cyber or Information Security Manager.
  • Experience in defining and implementing enterprise security processes.
  • A good understanding of GDPR. Knowledge of other jurisdictions, such as the UK’s Data Protection Act, would be an asset.
  • Demonstrate ability to work individually or within a team environment, with strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Must have a creative, inquisitive mindset, and not afraid to try new ideas.
  • Must have a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Good technical knowledge of applications, database, and operating system security.
  • Previous hands on experience in security systems, including IP firewalls, intrusion detection systems, anti-virus software, authentication systems, log management, content filtering, etc.
  • Experience with IP network security, networking technologies and network monitoring tools.
