Job Description
Inlumi, a global team of over 250 specialists in digital transformation for the office of the CFO, is seeking a Principal - FCC. This role requires extensive experience in Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) and it offers the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are committed to delivering quality, value and excellence to their clients. As a Principal - FCC, you will be responsible for providing advisory and implementation expertise regarding FCC for financial institutions. Responsibilities
- Provide subject matter expertise in FCC for financial institutions.
- Develop innovative solutions to meet client needs in the area of FCC.
- Provide FCC advisory services and help clients navigate through regulatory requirements and guidelines.
- Work with clients to tailor solutions to meet their specific needs in the area of FCC.
- Partner with the technology team to develop and implement FCC solutions.
- Stay current on regulatory changes and industry best practices in the area of FCC.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and become a trusted advisor in the area of FCC.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, law or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in FCC for financial institutions.
- Demonstrated experience in providing advisory services to clients in the area of FCC.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and guidelines related to FCC.
- Ability to develop and implement innovative solutions to meet client needs in the area of FCC.
- Knowledge of industry best practices related to FCC.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
